King's Lock Caesar

1 lime wedge

1 tablespoon celery salt, or as needed

ice cubes, as needed

1 ounce King’s Lock Garlic Vodka

1 dash Worcestershire sauce, or to taste

1 dash hot sauce, or to taste

8 fluid ounces Clamato

Your favourite garnish

Rim your glass using the lime wedge and celery salt. Add ice cubes to your glass and top with garlic vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Top with Clamato and garnish with your favourite toppings.

Spring Tom Collins

A handful of basil leaves, plus more for garnish

4 slices cucumber, plus long strips for garnish

2 ounces King's Lock organic gin

1 ounce simple syrup

1⁄2 ounce lemon juice

2 ounces soda water Ice, for serving

Lemon slice, for garnish

Muddle your basil leaves and cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. Add King's Lock Organic Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and ice, shake until cold. Strain over an ice filled glass, top with soda water, more basil leaves, and a slice of lemon. Enjoy!!

Pomegranate Old Fashioned

1 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds

2 dashes orange bitters

1/2 tsp sugar

2oz of King’s Lock WhiskyJack Rye

Orange + pomegranate seeds for garnish

Add pomegranate seeds, orange bitters, and sugar to your cocktail shaker and muddle well. Add King’s Lock WhiskyJack Rye and shake well. Strain over ice and garnish with more pomegranate seeds and an orange slice.
